Going Up

Going Up is a runner-inspired game where players pilot a rocket and try to get as far off the ground as they can while dodging asteroids and collecting fuel to keep going.

How to Play:

In Going Up, there are two main stats to keep track of - your health and fuel. Your health is displayed on the top left of the screen, above your score. Your fuel, on the other hand, is represented by an orange bar below the score. You will lose 1 point of health each time you collide with an asteroid. Health cannot be recovered. Fuel, however, is consumed at a constant rate as long as you are firing your rocket's engine and can be replenished by collecting fuel tanks that appear occasionally. The game will end when either one of these values reaches zero. As well as this, your score depends on your height, going up as you go higher and going down as you lose height. Happy flying!

Controls:

Space - Fires rocket engine when held down.

A - Turn left

D - Turn right

Escape - Exit game
